Refund policy
Returns
PPE, shields, masks, gloves or sanitizer from an opened package cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, email us within 10 days of receipt of your purchase, at info@safetybeast.com explaining the reason for your return. Your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return in original, unopened packaging we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Sale/Discounted items
Sale items or items purchased with a discount code can be returned within 10 days of receipt unopened, in original packaging for a store credit only. No refunds on sale or discounted items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If upon opening, product is is damaged, send us an email at info@safetybeast.com and return your item to: Safety Beast, 7600 Jericho Turnpike, Suite 110, Woodbury NY 11797, United States.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and for re-packing it securely. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
